Mr Lamberty was educated at Rugby School, Cambridge University and St Bartholomews Hospital, London, receiving his medical degree in 1968. He
was elected a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1974.He was trained further in Plastic Surgery in London and latterly at
the Virginia School Of Plastic Surgery, USA. He is a fully Accredited Plastic Surgeon recognised by The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He was appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge in 1982. He was Consultant Civilian Advisor to the RAF from 1989
to 2005. He now works in full time Private Practice with NHS sessions in addition.
Mr Lamberty is an international authority on flap reconstructive surgery, having written one of the most widely-used textbooks
on the subject. He has written many scientific articles in different aspects of plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery.
He is a member of the
